For Ladybug Scraps scraplift challenge and layout challenge on Scrap N Pieces.  I used the Ladybug Scraps, Meet me in the Garden kit.  My DGD and DS planting their first gardens together...haha, I had to laugh because they had a little competition going on who's garden was growing faster!

Created for Canadian Scrapbook Magazine's July Sketchy Challenge

My grand-daughter enjoying a special summer treat!

July 2013

Happy summer everyone,  it is almost mid July here and I am enjoying the beautiful summer weather Canada has to offer.

At Let's Scrap today I am happy to host the Design Team Challenge this week. I love framed art and don't often create layouts with frames as part of my main focal point and I wondered why.  As I browsed many scrap websites and Pinterest I see that this is true of many scrappers so today I wanted to challenge you to create a layout using a frame.  I am calling it "Frame It" challenge.

I used the left side of Let's Scrap member, Jennifer Russell's lovely sketch, 1-2-13.

This is a treasured photo of my DH and I as we renewed our vows on our 25th Anniversary back in 2010.  I always wanted to do a fabulous layout to match the occasion and I think I have achieved that with a digital layout from Mymemories.  This one will definitely be on my wall.

I hope you check out my challenge on Let's Scrap...just choose the challenge tab for all the details.

Happy scrappin'
